First of all, make sure your computer is connected to the internet. The next step, run Command Prompt or CMD on the computer by:

For Windows 8 Users
  • Right click on Logo Start and select Command Prompt (Admin).
For Windows 7 Users
  • Click Start, type Command Prompt in the search field. If you have found, right click and select Run as Administrator.
Note: Make sure to run CMD using Administrator, otherwise if CMD will be run as Ordinary User.
Once Command Prompt is open, you should now check IP address. How:
  • Type ipconfiq / all and press Enter, it will appear a lot of configuration.
  • From the many existing configuration data, search the DNS Server, then record or remember the numbers from the DNS Server. Up here, let CMD stay that way (do not close it).
  • Once you find the DNS Server number, the next step:
  • Type ping -l 800 192.168.43.1 -t, then press Enter.
Information:
-: Less Signs
L: Letter L Small
800: This means that the data sent is 800 bytes. You can change it to your liking.
192.168.43.1: The DNS number obtained earlier.
T: To ensure that the connection is not interrupted.
If you have done the above correctly, a few reply messages will appear. For example, you can see in the screenshot below, it's a sign of your internet connection is stable, so now please you browse, stream, or download as you like.

Remember! Command Prompt must be left like that (do not close), but if you interrupt, then you can minimize it. If you have finished using the internet, then you can close the Command Prompt window and the connection will return to normal as usual.
